Black Sea Emlak Yatirim ve Ticaret A.Ş. is a multi-disciplinary and most deeply connected corporate advisory & real estate investment firm. Founded in 2020, headquartered in Istanbul, Blacksea has local coverage offices in Lahore, Brimingham & Dubai. Owing to our geographic location and local network, we specialize in real estate investments in Turkiye and provide Turkish citizenship as complementary service. Over the last 4-years we have been delivering min 60% ROI p.a. to our investors through real estate investments. Blacksea prides itself on continually strengthening its deeply-rooted relationships with the South Asia, North America & GCC’s most significant expat and local population, mid-cap institutional investors, and family offices.
